• Subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Uptobot may terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

Uptobot is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Uptobot harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service.

Uptobot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uptobot is headquartered.
